Mirkwood
Mirkwood is another large forest under elf control. It was where the great Legolas lived. It has a large base there also.

Rivendel
Rivendel is a fortress for the elves. It really is not a fortress, but a haven for elves, it could stand an attack, but it is not military oriented.
