Sauron gave it to Saruman right before Sauron was destroyed............... But Saruman was already dead, so they just stored it in his library........... But I have found it........ It is the instructions for making the Nazgul...... Ringwraiths............ But these Ringwraiths will not be as powerful without the one ring, but do not make one of those................. They will also be able to die by blades of any gender........................... but no where near as easy as an orc, or even a Mountain Giant........Anyways, here it is *hands you the book with instructions* It requires some one with great wizardry skills, so far......... I don't think even I could handle it yet...............

-an evil grin spreads across my face as i take the book- interesting...very very interesting!!! but alas..i hav no wizard traiinnig..and if u could not handle it yet..it will take a tremendous amount of time...
